Workshop Leaders: Ken Tsang, Dominic Krakowski and Daniel Chan
Understanding discipleship requires examination of the way Jesus prepared His disciples to become leaders. He taught, encouraged, corrected, and invested into each and every aspect of their lives as they journeyed together. This workshop aims to biblically understand how Jesus, and later on the Apostles, discipled others to grow in their faith in Christ, and become living sacrifices devoted to God. The biblical principles learned in this workshop will be applied as Discipleship Groups, a practical way of building one another up and seeking radical transformation together.W07: Social Justice Experiences Beyond the Campus (Saturday Only)
Workshop Leaders: Calvin Lam and Jessica Pong
It's about stories, it's about people, and really, it's simply about our friends and people around us encountering God! This social justice workshop will be focused on encouraging each other through sharing stories of God working in the various places that we are from. You can expect to learn how we can better reach the communities around us with the Gospel as we reflect together and you can expect to be inspired and encouraged by the stories that we hear!Check out this clip for a preview of our work in Hamilton:
